The responses from your Tourism Health Check will be assessed to provide you with a recovery marketing plan which will include one-on-one specific assistance (up to 8 hours business mentoring) with:
Using the insights from your local marketing plan, you will begin to review and refine your product offering by focusing on the unique needs of the intrastate market. Over the course of 3 x 1 hour workshop sessions, you will develop detailed customer personas for your ideal market segments.
The final stage will be to review your TWA Business Survival Grant application and provided assistance and feedback (if applicable).
The cost of the entire Recovery Marketing Package – which includes the Tourism Business Health Check Diagnostic, one-on-one mentoring in preparing a local marketing plan, review of funding application and guidance in adapting tourism products to suit the post-COVID economic landscape – is $350 plus GST.
