GSCORE provides refunds or exchanges for resources that have a problem or fault.
WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS
GSCORE provides full refunds or fully equivalent exchanges to participants who register and pay for workshops or events which are cancelled by GSCORE due to lack of demand or exceptional circumstances. GSCORE provides refunds on the following basis to participants who register and pay for workshops or events and who then notify their cancellation to GSCORE in writing:

Refund decisions will be notified to applicants within 10 working days of receipt of the application for refund. Refunds may only be paid to the refund applicant and may not be transferred to third parties.
This statement does not remove your right to take further action under Australia’s consumer protection laws.
